This webinar will explore the 4 levels of recovery housing (i. Peer Run, ii. Monitored, iii. Supervised, and iv. Service Provider) and how this relates to placement of individuals with severe mental illness. The individual’s readiness for change impacts their ability to succeed in the various levels of recovery housing and issues related to culture, structure, risk, social support, and engagement will be reviewed. The importance of integrated healthcare, co-occurring treatment, peer support, and skill building will be discussed within the context of placing individuals in the recovery housing model.
