This open-access manuscript describes the personnel configurations and services offered in 32 US clozapine clinics. The survey participants were members of the Clozapine Center of Excellence listserv. The authors found there was considerable variation in the size, staffing, and services offered in the surveyed clinics. This work may serve as a blueprint for clinics that are considering expanding their services, or for clinics that are starting new clozapine clinics.
